Jamie Moody

Managing Director – Founder

Back in 2009, Jamie decided that his extensive knowledge of pipework and mechanical installations would be best served to work for himself and he formed ENCO – with well over 30 years of engineering know-how Jamie has steadily built the business based on hard work, trust, and reliability carefully cultivating a dedicated and hardworking team around him.

Joanne Hart

Director – Company secretary
As co-owner and a director Joanne has been involved with ENCO since its inception in 2009, Joanne has been involved in setting up the HR, admin, and finance departments and continues to work in these areas.

Tom Belfield

Project Director
Tom started with ENCO just after finishing his apprenticeship locally, he has now been with us 10 years, and at that time Tom has grown within the company holding positions as a welder, fitter, site supervisor, project manager, and now project director. Tom uses his knowledge of the tools and the industry to manage large-scale projects that involve our biggest UK and European-based customers.

Nichola Hull

Finance & HR Director

Nikki has been with ENCO since 2015 and is at the heart of the business and administration departments, Nikki maintains and updates all compliance and regulations as well as guarding the company coffers and is often described as ‘The boss’.
