During the safety observation I did on the Enco guys that performed yesterday’s tie ins. I was very impressed with the guy’s attitude to safety regarding the tasks they were due to perform, they wanted to see the physical isolations that had been made and they asked questions relating to the environment they were working in, when observed from a distance I witnessed them checking their equipment prior to use and not at any point throughout the task did I see anything that I’d consider as unsafe. Overall, I was very impressed with your guy’s attitude to safety.
I have found the works of Enco to be of excellent standard. The approach from the site teams and the office has been based on quality and total customer satisfaction which has been achieved, also of note the end user on both occasions has been delighted with the work done by Enco. Deadlines have always been achieved, sometimes in some tight time frames and I would welcome the chance to have Enco on any of my sites going forward.
At times the project encountered issues, The Enco team handled them well and came back with options to fix the issues rather than just bouncing back to engineers. The standard and pace of work has been exceptional. I would like to give the site project manager recognition as he has lead the project on site with ease, nothing has been too much trouble, he has come up with resolves, excellent eye for detail, managed safety of his team with a high standard and all round in my eyes got this project out of some sticky situations. So please pass my thank you on. This will certainly not be the last time Kemira Goole work with Enco and I look forward to other possibilities to work together. Again a big thank you from myself and Kemira.
